These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tara's Body Studio website, mobile application and digital services.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership or digital product, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Our content library is regularly updated with new content and features.
Access to the Platform requires the creation of a personal account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.
Some features may be available free of charge.
Access to premium content requires either:
an active membership; or
the purchase of an eligible digital product.
Available content depends on your selected plan or purchase.
Tara's Body currently offers different membership options, including:

Annual Membership
Current pricing is displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
Each membership grants access to the content included in the selected plan for the duration of the subscription.
In addition to memberships, Tara's Body may offer individual digital products such as workout programs, collections or other downloadable content.
These purchases are separate from memberships and are subject to the terms presented at checkout.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due immediately upon purchase.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
Available payment methods may include:
Credit or Debit Card
Stripe
Apple Pay
Google Pay
or any other payment method made available on the Platform.
Tara's Body never stores your banking information.
Any fees charged by your bank remain your responsibility.
Unless otherwise stated, memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
The applicable subscription fee will automatically be charged using your selected payment method.
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before your next renewal date through your account settings or the payment platform used to purchase your membership.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current paid billing period.
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
You will continue to have access to your membership until the end of the paid subscription period.
Tara's Body reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
Where permitted by applicable law, digital products and memberships become available immediately after purchase.
By completing your purchase and accessing the content immediately, you expressly request the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you may lose any applicable statutory right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has begun.
Except where required by applicable law, all memberships and digital purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be granted in cases including, but not limited to:
forgetting to cancel a subscription;
not using the Platform;
partial use of a subscription;
device or internet incompatibility;
change of mind after purchase.
Exceptional requests may be reviewed individually at Tara's Body's sole discretion.
Your membership provides access to the content included in your selected plan for the duration of your active subscription.
To continuously improve the Platform, Tara's Body reserves the right to:
add new content;
update existing content;
remove content;
modify workout programs;
introduce new features.
These changes are part of the normal evolution of the Platform and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
All content available on Tara's Body is intended solely for your personal, private and non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
share your account;
share your login credentials;
record, copy or download videos unless expressly permitted;
screen record or reproduce content;
publicly broadcast workouts;
sell or transfer access to your account;
use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund and may lead to legal action.
All content available on Tara's Body is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
workout videos;
fitness programs;
choreography;
exercises;
written materials;
photographs;
illustrations;
logos;
graphics;
music where licensed or owned by Tara's Body;
downloadable resources;
visual identity;
the Tara's Body brand.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
The content available on Tara's Body may not be copied, reproduced, extracted, scraped or otherwise used for the purpose of training, developing or improving artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models or similar technologies without the prior written consent of Tara's Body.
This restriction applies to videos, images, written materials, workout programs, choreography, audio recordings, downloadable resources and all other content available on the Platform.
The workouts and information provided on Tara's Body are intended solely for fitness, educational and informational purposes.
They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, have a medical condition or have any concerns regarding your health.
You participate in all workouts voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tara's Body shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of the Platform or participation in any workout, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Personal information collected through the Platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to:
ensure proper functionality;
